Excited to announce my first offering of USCCA Defensive Pistol Program. This is not a training class but a 5 session program to make you a better shooter and be better prepared to defend yourself in a defensive shooting incident.
The program is delivered over 5 session every Monday from 6-9 on a closed range. Class is limited to 6 people and you must be able to attend all 5 sessions. Cost is $500.00 for all 5 sessions. That's only $100.00 for 2-3 hours of private range time a week.

Had the opportunity to do a private CCW class this weekend on a farm in Westminster. Nice break from the norm. Great group.

Just posted our April, May and June schedule. Here are some highlights.

- Our Low Light Shooting Class is being delivered on the First and Third Monday of every month at our Glen Burnie Location
- Our Holster Draw Class is being delivered on the First and Third Saturday of every month at our Severn Location.
- USCCA Defensive Shooting Fundamentals is being delivered the last Monday of every month at our Glen Burnie Location.
- The Utah Permit is still available. We are no longer offering the Florida Permit. There are now 28 constitutional carry states. Between the constitutional carry states and states that recognize Maryland the Florida permit only gets you one additional state that Utah does not. And that state is New Mexico.
- Continuing to offer many HQL and MD CCW classes. Both weekday and weekend.

Cindy's has a new website! I am most excited about the reworked training page. New classes and much easier to navigate. If you are thinking about getting your CCW the new MD laws take effect October 1st raising the application fee from $75.00 to $125.00. Renewals going from $50.00 to $100.00 Sign up for a September class.

HANDGUN QUALIFICATION LICENSE (HQL) RENEWAL
On or about August 28, 2023, the Maryland Department of State Police, Licensing Division (MDSPLD) will activate the application for renewing a current Handgun Qualification License (HQL). The renewal application can be found by signing into your eMDSP account.
HQL renewal applicants who cannot recall their login credentials should utilize the forgotten password link located at the bottom of the eMDSP login page.
As a reminder, your original HQL is valid for ten (10) years from the date of issuance. Renewal of your HQL does not require fingerprints to be submitted or require additional training to be completed. The renewal of your HQL requires a $20.00 nonrefundable application renewal fee to be submitted with the application.
In order for the HQL to remain active, the MDSPLD requests that HQL renewal applications be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the expiration of the HQL. Failure to do so will result in the HQL renewal applicant’s ineligibility to purchase a handgun until the renewed HQL is received.
