Dr. Seuss Week Day 5 — anything transportation or travel related (Oh the Places You’ll Go)!
Also in this post…the kids all got to have a special story time with Mrs. Laura and listen to her read “I Wish I Had Duck Feet”. This book got a lot of giggles! ☺️📚

Dr. Seuss Week - Days 3 & 4 — crazy socks and all things green!

We had so much fun this week celebrating books and Dr. Seuss! Each day focused on a different theme and Seuss book. Days 1 and 2 - hats and favorite stuffed animal. 🙂

Book Fair week is going so well! We are having lots of fun celebrating books, with a special focus on Dr. Seuss this year.

All sales will help us buy new books for our classrooms! When you order, please note that all orders will ship to the school. In “add a note to seller” you can note your name and child’s teacher. If your child does not attend, put your name and contact info so we can call you when the order comes in.

Registration for the 2026-27 school year will OPEN on Monday, February 2 . We love this time of year and meeting all our new families!

Hello MVP families!

We have missed you all so much! Our plan for this week is the following:
Monday - school is closed (office will be open in the morning)
Tuesday - Friday - School is open! We will start the week on Tuesday with a delayed opening at 9:00am, for those who may need a little extra time to get out. All lunch bunch/enrichment classes will operate as usual.

Parking/Entrance instructions:
Please use Entrance 12 (on Nuckols Road side) for entering/exiting the building. Please park in the lot near Entrance 12 (not on the side near the playground -- it is not cleared yet).
Please enter the property on Nuckols Road, Opaca is still a sheet of ice so please do not use that entrance! We want you all to be safe. :)

More snow days! HCPS has announced they will be closed tomorrow and Friday. We miss all of your sweet kiddos and look forward to seeing everyone next week! Stay warm and safe!

Another snow day is coming…HCPS has closed schools tomorrow, Wednesday January 28. We will be closed as well. We miss all our sweet students and hope to see them again soon!

Good morning!
I’m sure it’s no surprise to any of you, but since Henrico schools are closed tomorrow, we will also be closed Monday, January 26. We are praying that you all stay safe and warm!
