This week is our first session of Teens and Tweens Art Camp: Surrealism Studio!
In our Surrealism Studio Camp, artists will create double-exposure colored pencil drawings, photo-collage dreamscapes, reverse-perspective optical illusions, a melting-moon painting, and a surreal eye piece filled with symbolic detail. This camp encourages creative risk-taking, personal expression, and developing a unique artistic voice within the world of surreal art.

We have a few spots left in our Teen Art Camps! 🎨
Light and Atmosphere Studio explores how artists use shadow and dramatic lighting to transform a scene’s mood. Students will create mixed media lightning bugs, a dramatic painting of a lightning storm, candle-lit oil pastel studies, and atmospheric foggy forest drawings. The week ends with a personal-choice final piece where students apply the lighting techniques they’ve mastered to create their own atmospheric artwork.

Camp Highlight!
Our Treats and Sweets Art Camp invites young artists to playfully explore the delicious world of food through art. Students will create an acrylic painting of adorable kawaii snacks, design a landscape made from desserts, paper-mâché giant donuts, and sculpt a s’mores-themed tic-tac-toe board. We’ll also explore playful printmaking using real vegetables, giving kids a mix of creativity, color, and hands-on fun.
