Kids in Discovery Preschool is a half day preschool (9:00 am - 12 pm w/ extended day options) serving children from 2 through 6 years of age.
We are a child-oriented, play-based program with developmentally appropriate activities that will prepare your child for kindergarten and life! Our goal is to have every child discover a love of learning. We believe that early childhood is a time to safely explore, create, and discover. This year's Trike-a-Thon was a huge success. Thank you to Henrico County Police Officers Steve, Rinaldo, Scott, Andrew, Zach, and Mike for helping our children learn about bicycle safety! A huge thanks, also, to our amazing parents who came out to help keep everyone safe on the course! If it has wheels, we wear a helmet.

Hot Dogs Under the Steeple was a wonderful night of fun, friendship, and yummy snacks! Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers for making this such a memorable event. What a great way to greet the fall!

"Riding" ponies, picking (and eating) fresh vegetables, farmers' markets, collecting eggs, milking cows, getting messy with Mrs. Wishy-Washy, field relay races, farm animal hats, barnyard animal songs, crafts, and games...you name it we did it at Old MacDonald's Farm camp!
