Today. Today will be my last day as owner of Evolved Nutrition. Today I stand strong in knowing I gave it my all. Don’t be sad for me, be by my side and help me start a new journey. Thank you to all of those who’ve made saying goodbye so very hard 🥺 and to all of those who I didn’t get a chance; goodbye, thank you for all of your love and support! ❤️

This morning we were able to donate 200 items to the Five Corner Cupboard Food Pantry in East Windsor, CT from our Thanksgiving Food Drive with Evolved Nutrition!

This was our first yearly food drive, and I’m BEYOND thankful for all of you who donated and for my best friend for partnering with me in hosting this. We truly believe it’s important to give and support when and where you can, and not JUST during the holidays so stay tuned for what’s coming next ✨
