Rowan University Campus Recreation Rowan Campus Recreation is comprised of the Rec Center and the Fitness Center.

The Rec Center has a 3-court gymnasium, a large multipurpose room, 2 swimming pools, 4 racquetball courts, an elevated track, and state of the art equipment for daily use. It has has it's own Rec Cafe that provides protein shakes, smoothies, and healthy meals to those who would like to purchase them. The Fitness Center is a 17,000 square foot facility features cardio machines, free weights, and a

free weight room. It also features the new Queenax functional training system and Fit 3D Body Scanner. Students who attend Rowan University full-time obtain a membership automatically and all they need to show is their Student ID to enter and use the facility. Memberships for Alumni, Faculty, Staff, Part-Time Students, and Community Members are available for purchase: http://www.rowan.edu/studentaffairs/rec/memberships.cfm

We have over 40 group fitness classes offered every week, intramural sport teams and tournaments, over 40 sport clubs to get involved in, personal trainers for hire, swim lessons for children, a popular youth summer camp offered annually, and numerous other special events and programs throughout the year.
