Rowan University Project Motivate (Mobilizing and Training Inspirational Veterans to Achieve in Teacher Education)-- a Troops to Teachers grant funded by NJDOE and U.S. Department of Defense.

Project MOTIVATE mission statement
The mission of Project MOTIVATE at Rowan University is to positively impact the lives of military veterans and school-aged children, by expanding and diversifying the teacher pipeline in New Jersey through recruiting veterans into P-12 teaching and supporting them throughout recruitment, educator preparation, and early years of professional practice.

The answer from yesterday’s question is over 20,000 Veterans have transitioned to careers in education. Project MOTIVATE aims to increase awareness by educating Veterans on available resources and connecting Veterans to the network that is the education system.
