As an instructor it's important to always be learning. Today I learned that I need to run more, cause I about lost a game of tag to a 5-7 year old karate class... Phoebe is just so fast... 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Have you ever played dodge ball, but you had to punch the ball instead of throw? It's alot harder than it looks!!! But a fun way to learn how to punch straight. These summer warriors learned that lesson yesterday 🥋☀️

Safe to say we are having a fun start to the summer! Our goal this summer is to be moving!!! Working our reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and focus. How are we gonna do this? Fun engaging martial arts activities of course!!! Look at these summer warriors go!
