The spring fling has been postponed to Friday, March 28th from 5-7 due to weather. We will continue to sell tickets this coming week in case anyone else wants to purchase one!

Our BCMS Beta club is selling chocolate covered strawberries to help raise money for National Convention! Sales will take place until Sunday, March 9th. 1 dozen for $16, 1/2 dozen for $9. Beta students will hand dip strawberries and orders will be ready for pickup Friday, March 14th from 2 pm-6 pm in the BCMS cafeteria. Please fill out the google form to order. Oh Orlandoooooooo, here we come! We took a group of 6 kids to regional Beta leadership summit and our club qualified for Nationals in Collaboration Connection, Lead Outside the Box, and Project Proposal. We are so proud of our Betas! They were fantastic.

Day 1 of leadership summit was so much fun! We presented our project proposal, participated in collaboration connection, had some fun with the scavenger hunt and heard a phenomenal speaker. He had our kids do something super reflective and thought-provoking. We can’t wait for tomorrow!

The states that have been hit with devastation from the recent hurricane are the home to some of our Beta brothers and sisters. When others are hurting and in need, Betas rise up to serve and lead. Our Kentucky State Junior Beta President felt led to purchase some supplies that were needed by the victims of Hurricane Helene. We are thankful for hearts of Betas who want to be a light in a world full of darkness.

The BCMS Beta club is collecting donations of the following items for hurricane victims. One of our teachers and her husband will be delivering these items this weekend. All donations can be brought to Mrs. Vetter by Friday.
