Kiwimbi We see a world where all people are empowered through education to enrich their lives and reach their fullest potential.

Kiwimbi International has begun operations by funding Kiwimbi Kenya, a Community Based Organization established in Amagoro, Kenya. There we are supporting the education of local school children through extra-curricular activities, running the first public library in Busia County, coordinating an agroforestry project with local farmers, and working with other NGOs and educational facilities to coordinate and concentrate efforts.

World Youth Skills Day 2026: Skills for a Shared Future This day highlights the need for initiatives that empower youth with the skills they need to meet the requirements of today’s rapidly changing world and employment landscape. 40% of today’s skill sets no longer match job market needs, according to UN.org. Kiwimbi is working to change that statistic by providing computer literacy to hundreds of children in our computer lab. Staff and adult community members can complete the requirements for and receive the International Certificate of Digital Literacy (ICDL).
