🏛️ BRIEF FILED with in support of a Mississippi resident fighting to protect his constitutional rights after being prosecuted under a city ordinance restricting .

The lower court’s decision would make it easier for the government to close the courthouse doors to those most affected by an unconstitutional law—those already prosecuted for violating it.

That’s wrong. We hope SCOTUS agrees and hears this case.

Parents have a fundamental right to direct their children’s upbringing.

Today, the 9th Circuit reasserted that principle—vacating a lower court’s dismissal in Regino v. Staley. We fought for this result in an amicus brief filed with the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty and Dr. Erica Anderson.

This marks another victory in California as we continue to fight for parents' rights.

🚨🚨🚨LAWSUIT FILED to hold a Kentucky school district accountable for violating the rights of . Pulaski County School District used taxpayer resources to illegally lobby against Amendment 2, a proposed constitutional amendment that would have expanded educational opportunities across KY.

In August, the district illegally posted messages on its official channels lobbying against Amendment 2. When Corey DeAngelis criticized their unlawful actions, they froze public discourse on the posts and blocked him.

After our team sent demand letters, the district deleted the illegal posts and unblocked Corey DeAngelis, but refused to commit to refrain from this censorship in the future. So we sued the district to demand accountability for their clear violations.

Public officials at all levels of government need to respect the —and public school administrators are no exception. The district’s attempts to censor online criticism of its illegal actions were a blatant violation of Corey DeAngelis's rights and the rights of Pulaski Co. residents. We ask the court to ensure those violations are not repeated in the future.

LA’s eviction moratorium threw Californians’ constitutional rights out the window by effectively transferring control over a property from that property’s owner to the government, w/o providing just compensation.

SCOTUS should grant the petition and hold that perpetually occupying someone’s property is a taking that requires just compensation under the Fifth Amendment.
