We explored the scientific process by inspecting lemons! The students learned how important small details are for identifying their unique lemon in a crowd of lemons. Once the experiment was over, we had a new challenge on our hands: what do we do with 46 lemons? Make lemonade, of course! Our official taste-testers had mixed reviews—some found it a bit too sour, but others declared it the best lemonade they had ever tasted!

It's amazing to see the progress that was made in a week! The framing for the addition is almost complete. The courtyard is well on its way to complete with a new path and grassy areas!
