D5 TEAFCS Agents met today in Athens for business meeting and lesson on the benefits of watercolor on the mind, body, and spirit - which can affect our mental health both professionally and personally.
Kudos to the Henderson County FCH Agent, Carolyn Tyler, for creating a lesson that introduced us to information from the NIH (National Institute on Health) and Texas A&M AgriLife’s Health Talk Express lessons which promote positive mental health. Everyone was breathing a little slower when they left. 😎🥹
