Part 2 Pictures- Physical Fitness This last Saturday, our students attended the Wylie East Drill meet, they had a lot of fun and learned some valuable lessons while there, they are now preparing for our next competition!!!

Yesterday, we had our official change of command ceremony, in which the leadership opf the corps was passed from C/Colonel Andrew Smith, to C/Captain Liam Phipps. We congratulate C/Col Smith on all his accomplishments this past school year and wish good luck to C/Cap Phipps as he takes the second half of the school year!!!!

A bird? A plane? NO!! Its an arrow from Gilmer AFJROTC Archery team!!! Cadets went off to compete last friday at Harelton against multiple other grade levels!! Not even a little rain stops us from going out and looking good!! Last Saturday, 4 of our cadets had the honor of leading the Gilmer Tx Yule fest parade, they had some fun before they marched out. They kept a strong bearing and good pace even with the rain starting to come down on them!!!!

Today all of our flights had a special visit from our corps deputy commander, Miss Paige Hobbs!! She came in to talk about our upcoming fundraiser opportunity to the cadets and how it works!! Thank you C/LtCol Hobbs for your time!!

Senior night was once again packed with a great workout for out kiddos running endzone and back constantly with pushups after each run.
