INTRODUCING OUR JULY DIFFERENCE MAKER!

At Children's Developmental Services of Campbell County, we believe that every day, extraordinary people make an extraordinary difference in the lives of children, families, and one another.

That's why we're excited to introduce our new Difference Maker Award, a monthly recognition honoring employees who go above and beyond through their compassion, dedication, leadership, and commitment to our mission.

What makes this award especially meaningful is that it is driven by our employees. Each month, staff will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for a coworker whose actions have made a lasting impact. It's more than an award. It's a way to celebrate the people who bring our mission to life every day.

We are proud to recognize Tracey Handran as the very first recipient of our Difference Maker Award!

As our Transportation Coordinator, Tracey plays an essential role in serving the children and families of CDS-CC. But what truly sets her apart is the way she approaches that role each day. Whether she's supporting children, helping families, encouraging coworkers, or stepping in wherever she's needed, Tracey consistently demonstrates kindness, dependability, and a genuine heart for serving others. Her willingness to help, positive attitude, and quiet leadership make a lasting impact across our organization.

Tracey reminds us that making a difference isn't defined by the position we hold, but by the impact we have on the people around us. Through her everyday actions, she exemplifies what it means to serve others with compassion and commitment.

🦀 Under the Sea Camp
