At Peregrine, we spend a lot of time helping institutions measure learning and drive continuous improvement. Last week, we had the opportunity to turn that lens inward.
Our team participated in a workshop facilitated by Margaret Graziano that challenged us to examine how we show up individually and as a team, especially when we’re under pressure.
Through a series of exercises, we experienced firsthand how communication, trust, accountability, and alignment shape culture.
The team walked away energized and ready to embrace their role in creating an environment where people and ideas can thrive.
Thank you, Margaret, for creating a session that challenged us, inspired us, and provided a deeper understanding of how our behaviors influence the culture we build together.

We just returned from the AMBA & BGA Global Deans and Directors Conference in Madrid, Spain. The speaker sessions were inspiring and engaging, and we truly enjoyed the conversations and collaborations throughout the week. Thank you to AMBA & BGA for another amazing event!

Peregrine’s team in the Philippines recently held a retreat where they collaborated, shared knowledge, and built even stronger relationships.
This is the team behind the scenes making everything work. Software engineers and developers, frontend and backend, who keep our systems running, our reports accurate, and our clients' day-to-day operations moving smoothly. Their work is easy to take for granted precisely because they do it so well.
That's exactly why stepping away from the daily grind to go deep on accessibility, security, prototyping, and more is so important.
And beyond the sessions, they shared meals, local Kapampangan culture, and finally had a chance to welcome new team members in a way that a virtual call just can't replicate.

We’re excited to welcome Courtney Argento to Peregrine as our new Client Solutions Advisor.
In just two months, Courtney has already made a strong impact. Within her first month, she jumped right in to co-present at IACBE ACAM.
In the session, Strengthening Program Assessment for Sustainable Improvement, Courtney helped lead a thoughtful conversation around outcomes assessment, continuous improvement, and the common friction points programs face when turning results into meaningful action.
Many of you will begin seeing Courtney at conferences and on client calls. If her first presentation was any indication, she brings both confidence and a natural ability to connect. It truly felt like she had been part of the team for years.

We had the pleasure of attending AACSB ICAM 2026 in Seattle, where more than 1,200 business education leaders from over 60 countries came together to discuss the future of accreditation, learner success, and continuous improvement in higher education.
Our session, Common Barriers to Closing the Loop in Program Assessment, focused on where Assurance of Learning processes get stuck, including interpreting results, making decisions, documentation, and follow-through.
The best part was the engagement. Participants were highly involved, openly sharing challenges from their own programs and working through practical solutions together. These are exactly the kinds of conversations that fuel what we do at Peregrine.

At this year’s International Accreditation Council for Business Education conference, we had the opportunity to connect, celebrate, and give back. Peregrine continued its annual tradition of supporting a charitable organization, with this year’s donation benefiting the Guadalupe Center and matched by the IACBE Foundation.
We also joined colleagues for a fun evening at a Utah Mammoths vs. Nashville Predators hockey game alongside our friends from the University of Saint Mary. Throughout the conference, we enjoyed meaningful conversations and reconnecting with valued partners. We wrapped up the event with the gala dinner, closing out a great conference filled with collaboration, networking, and celebration.

We’re excited to recognize this year’s Best Practice Poster Session winner, Sharon Beaudry, JD, SPHR, PMP at Oregon Institute of Technology.
Their “Assessment Roadmap” follows a simple cycle: collect data, reflect as faculty, and take targeted action.
But here’s the difference is they consistently follow-through. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, they focus on a few meaningful areas each cycle and make meaningful changes.
The result has been measurable gains in student learning, redesigning a capstone aligned to diverse career goals, curriculum tied to employer expectation, and great efficiency.
This is what a quality culture looks like. Congrats to Oregon Tech for setting the standard!
Also, thank you to International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) for being our partner in hosting this session at ACAM each year!
