Heads up, families!

Last year's free and reduced-price meal benefit applications expire 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭. 𝟑𝟎. To submit a new application for this school year, please use the information on the flyer below.

As a reminder, student meal balances, including any negative balances, will carry over from the previous school year. Parents and guardians can use the PaySchools app to check their student's meal account before school begins.

On Monday, instrument check out days for the upcoming school year begin with a check out day for secondary students from 2-6 p.m. in Thunder Basin's Performing Arts lobby!

On Tuesday, check out times run from 2-6 p.m. for elementary students and if you can't make those dates and times, there is a make-up check out day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday 🎵

These check out days are only for students in grades 5-12 who will be taking band or orchestra classes in the fall. Instruments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gillette Public Access Television (GPA-TV) has again partnered with Campbell County School District to televise and stream this week's local high school graduations.

The ceremonies will air live on cable channel 189 and stream at www.gillettewy.gov/gpa as follows:
Westwood High School Graduation WHS Bulldogs- Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m.
Campbell County High School Graduation - Sunday, May 17 at 1:00 p.m.
Thunder Basin High School - Sunday, May 17 at 5:00 p.m.

WHSAA State Football Championship tickets can be purchased using this link: https://gowyo.evenue.net/events/HSA. The game is Saturday, 11/15/25 at 4pm at War Memorial at the University of Wyoming in Laramie.
