CCHS families, please take a moment to review the updated student drop-off and pick-up map! Changes go into effect, when students return next week.

Here are a few important updates to be aware of:

📍 A new drop-off and pick-up zone has been added off Twelfth Street, with student access on the east side of the building.
📍 Look for the new yield sign for right-lane traffic when driving into the school from Camel Drive.
📍 The two-lane zone near the main entrance will now be used for through traffic in the left lane, while the right lane will be designated for student drop-off and pick-up. Parents are encouraged to keep moving forward in the right-lane loading zone whenever possible to help keep traffic flowing efficiently.

Please review the updated map for additional changes.

Our goal is to minimize traffic backups onto Highway 59 and improve the flow of traffic and parking for families. We appreciate your patience, support and flexibility as we continue moving forward with construction of the new Campbell County High School.

No appointment needed for 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 sports physicals between 1-5 p.m. today, Aug. 14, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 15, at the Campbell County Memorial Group Main Clinic, located at 501 S. Burma Ave.

Heads up, families!

Last year's free and reduced-price meal benefit applications expire 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭. 𝟑𝟎. To submit a new application for this school year, please use the information on the flyer below.

As a reminder, student meal balances, including any negative balances, will carry over from the previous school year. Parents and guardians can use the PaySchools app to check their student's meal account before school begins.

If you have questions, please give Nutrition Services a call at 307-682-2078.

‼️ REMINDER ‼️

On Monday, instrument check out days for the upcoming school year begin with a check out day for secondary students from 2-6 p.m. in Thunder Basin's Performing Arts lobby!

On Tuesday, check out times run from 2-6 p.m. for elementary students and if you can't make those dates and times, there is a make-up check out day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday 🎵

These check out days are only for students in grades 5-12 who will be taking band or orchestra classes in the fall. Instruments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gillette Public Access Television (GPA-TV) has again partnered with Campbell County School District to televise and stream this week's local high school graduations.

The ceremonies will air live on cable channel 189 and stream at www.gillettewy.gov/gpa as follows:
Westwood High School Graduation WHS Bulldogs- Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m.
Campbell County High School Graduation - Sunday, May 17 at 1:00 p.m.
Thunder Basin High School - Sunday, May 17 at 5:00 p.m.
