CCPL’s Fireweed LitArts Festival 2026 was a BLAST! 💥📚🎨🎶A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make our first Festival such a memorable celebration of books, art, music, and community!

📚 Authors: Thank you to Anne Hillerman, Craig Johnson, James Chandler, and Reavis Wortham for your generosity and sharing your incredible talent, kindness, and stories with our community. You gave our Fireweed journey an amazing start!

📖 Indie Authors: Kathy Glasner Bjornestad, T. Thornton Gray, Nellie Peters, Marisa Gorza and The Midnight Owl Book Nook, Amy King, and Demetria Lyons—thank you for bringing your books, creativity, and passion to the festival!

🎨 Artists: Thank you to Marilyn Milner and Teresa Potts, and to Quin and Kate at AVA Community Art Center, for helping us celebrate the arts.

🎶 Musicians: A huge thank-you to Julia Cathey, Shaiden Coffman, Timothy Guernsey, Diana Larson, and Estela Torres Guernsey of “The Woodwind Quintet Looking for a Name,” and Stan and Colleen Hunter and Family for filling Fireweed with wonderful music.

🌮 Food Trucks: DirtyBrew Wyo, La Donuts , The Ice Cream Cafe, Taqueria Los Plebes —thank you for keeping everyone fueled with delicious food and treats!

🎲🐉 D&D Panel: A huge thank-you to Lisa and fellow D&D enthusiasts for sharing their knowledge, stories, and love of D&D during the panel discussion!

🌟 Special Thanks: Thank you to our event MC, Levi Strandgard; Kaelie, our wonderful teen volunteer; Cheyenne and Bucking Buffalo Supply Company for coordinating book orders for our featured authors; and Shana, Reavis’ wife, for helping Cheyenne sell books.

Thank you to The Library Foundation Inc for hosting the Authors’ Reception Fundraiser, The Prime Rib Restaurant for a delicious meal and generous door prizes, and Friends of the Library-Campbell County for additional door prize donations. And congratulations to our door prize winners: Cliff, John, Tom & Rita, and Mary! 🎉❤️

And, of course, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and celebrated with us! Your support made our first Fireweed Festival unforgettable. ❤️
