CCSD’s Nutrition Services department works hard to provide students with healthy meals that support learning and activities throughout the school day.

As we celebrate National School Breakfast Week, we thank our nutrition employees for all of their hard work! We appreciate you and all that you do for students 🍳🥓

Upcoming Youth Mental Health First Aid courses and training hosted by Campbell County School District will teach adults how to recognize, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adolescents ages 12-18.

Register today by emailing Jessica Diaz at [email protected]. The registration deadline is April 4.

Those interested may attend a one-day course from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 18 (lunch included), or, a two-night course from 4:15-6:15 p.m. April 21 and April 23. Both trainings take place at the Educational Services Center, 1000 W. Eighth St.

The trainings include information about common signs of substance use challenges, how to respond when a young person may be in crisis and practical tools to help young people experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.

The free trainings are made possible through a collaborative community effort, involving CCSD, Campbell County Health and Campbell County Public Health.
