Congratulations to Katherine Pearson of Learning by the Lakes Academy in Gilford, NH!

Today, Katherine earned her U.S. Department of Labor Early Childhood Development Specialist Certificate by successfully completing the Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program through Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties.

Over the course of the program, Katherine completed 3,000 hours of paid on-the-job training while advancing her education and strengthening her skills as an early childhood educator. Her dedication and commitment to professional growth are helping build a stronger early childhood workforce in New Hampshire.
Congratulations, Katherine, on this well-deserved achievement! We wish you continued success in your career. 🌟
