REMINDER: We will be starting our next Hybrid (Live In-Person and Online) Private Pilot Ground School course on September 14th.

This 10 week course has been developed to help students prepare for the FAA's Private Pilot Knowledge test and their Private Pilot Checkride.

Course Details
- 10 Week Course
- Meets every Monday and Wednesday, from 6-8pm
- Location: Laconia Airport Terminal Conference Room
- Hybrid class: In Person and via Microsoft Teams; classes recorded for make-up
- Cost is $649 non-refundable; to be paid prior to start of first class
- Included course materials:
- 2026 Private Pilot Test Prep Book; Provided by LFA
- New York Sectional Chart; Provided by LFA
- E6B Whiz Wheel; Provided by LFA
- Plotter; Provided by LFA

Other material that students can either download for free or purchase:
- FAA Airplane Flying Handbook (Electronic or Paper)
- FAA Pilot Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (Electronic or Paper)

Congratulations to Liam Matthews today for earning his Private Pilot Certificate in just 3 weeks, as part of Laconia Flight Academy's Accelerated Flight Training Program! Presenting Liam with his temporary Private Pilot Certificate is FAA Designated Pilot Examiner Greg Livernois.

Also, a major shout out to Liam's CFI, Andrew Chiavaras, our newest CFI at LFA, that worked tirelessly with Liam to help him achieve his aviation goal!
