Getting to know Miss Gooden...

Why I chose education: It's exciting to see kids grow and overcome challenges. Seeing the look of pride on their faces when they succeed is priceless!

I love my role because: I get to work with lots of kids at different age levels. I like creating a safe space for them to share their ideas and feel heard.

Welcome Miss Gooden!

Thank you to our fifth grade leaders for assisting with getting our students safely on the buses each afternoon!

Getting to know Miss Johnson, Life teacher...

Favorite children's book: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

The best part of being a Grizzly: I love how everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. The support I have received from my colleagues has positively impacted me as I start my career.

I am a teacher because: I believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a way that is individualized to their needs. I love advocating for those who may not always be able to advocate for themselves. Watching students grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding knowing I get to be a part of their journey. The smallest wins are always worth celebrating.

Welcome Miss Johnson!
