INSPIRE is the premier performing arts program in the Phoenix Valley. We are taking music arts to a higher level, creating a standard of excellence in everything we do, and generating opportunities for individuals to perform without having to leave Arizona. We help mold inspiring and professional entertainers and musicians through education, instruction, and performance. At the heart of INSPIRE we

believe in building community, inspiring positivity, and encouraging hope. We plan to achieve this by establishing long-lasting programs through our music education and youth development programs. INSPIRE Entertainment provides high quality education and instruction in music and dance for individuals ages 2-18. Music education is broken down by age to include: Music and Movement based Pre-School; Parent/Child Music Classes; Music Education, Arts, and Creativity; Fun with Music; Music Theory, Games, Group Piano; and Basic Performing Techniques. Music instruction for ages 13-18 consists of: Continued Performing Skills, Music Workshops, Master Classes, Performance Opportunities, Choreography, Voice Lessons, Tours, Building Repertoire Books, Composition, Recording and much more. We also provide monthly opportunities for our performers to do community service with other groups/non-profits.

Jessi Rodriguez has been studying, choreographing, and performing dance for more than 35 years. She began her professional training in the San Francisco Bay Area and competed nationally in all styles of dance. In college Jessi joined the Pulse Dance Ensemble in Sacramento, performing in shows collaborating Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary.
After graduation, Jessi moved to Los Angeles to study dance at the EDGE Performing Arts Center where she trained under industry professionals. While in LA, Jessi then joined the Dunham Dance Company and added a few things to her dance resume including appearances in a Papa Roach music video, and a Denise Austin Fitness video.

Jessi went on to study and earn her Pilates certification while teaching dance at local studios in the Bay Area. Since 2006 Jessi has been training competitive dancers for local and national competitions and performances. Her choreography has earned countless awards, and dancers under her training have been accepted to highly ranked college dance programs and exclusive dance companies.

Jessi now choreographs all over Arizona and California, setting pieces at dance studios, for High School dance teams, and Theater Companies. Jessi has also choreographed for countless community theater productions including Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan and Footloose.

Jessi joined INSPIRE Entertainment in 2021 where she was the Assistant Director for the Dance Academy and part of the Hip Hop Crew team for several years as well. She is excited to now be the Dance Academy Director! She continues to be passionate about teaching and using dance to inspire and motivate the young to be strong, independent, and confident individuals.

LEAH TAMBA - INSPIRE Dance Company Director

Leah is from Phoenix, AZ where she grew up dancing with some of the best teachers in the valley. She began her training in Ballet and then extended into other genres of dance from there. She danced professionally with Rouge Dance Theatre, Metropolis Productions, On the Level Dance Company, and others. Leah has
traveled and danced professionally in Tennessee, Florida, Nevada, California and Arizona. She has been teaching dance at studios and schools across the valley since 2010. Leah was the Dance Company Director at American Leadership Academy from 2014-2018.
Leah has organized large scale productions, charity events, and is an award winning choreographer. She has taught all ages, levels, and genres of dance and brings her own unique flare and love for dance to her classes. She has mentored and trained students that have danced with professional companies and become members of the NAU dance team, USU Dance team, ASU dance team, Weber state dance team and others. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from Arizona State University and has also completed and passed the AEPA dance exam for the state of Arizona. She believes in a holistic approach to teaching and her mission is to help her students become the best versions of themselves through the art of dance.
Leah spent two years abroad serving and teaching in Peace Corps Ethiopia. Leah is a wife to Ivan & loves her three boys! She is looking forward to her 5th year as Dance Company director at INSPIRE!

Lyndsey has been dancing since the age of three. From an early age, it was clear that music and movement were at the heart of who she is. She trained in Mesa, Arizona, where she studied hip hop, tap, ballet, jazz, contemporary, and musical theatre. With Trey and Crew Foutz (aka fizzlefam) at the helm, we are also thrilled to have the talents and creativity of Jessi Rodriguez, Natalie Valdez, and Heather Ferguson (master of tumbling) on board to round out our team!

Trey and Crew both started dancing when they were 3 years old, training in all genres of dance, with Hip Hop being their main focus.

They have had success as a dance duo winning several awards at National competitions, such as 3rd Overall at The Dance Awards and 1st Overall at KAOS: Aftermath, with a special invitation to perform in the closing show.

They generally choreograph together under the name of “fizzlefam”. Their choreography has received several awards at dance competitions such as Ultra, NRG Dance Project, Hollywood Vibe, and Hip Hop competitions like KAOS.

The dances they have created for INSPIRE Hip Hop Crew have won 1st place overalls at many competitions, and 2nd overall at KAR Nationals. Also “Best In Hip Hop” and “Judges Favorite” awards, also receiving the Mesa People’s Choice Award at Ultra Dance Tour, and a nomination as a national finalist for the People’s Choice Award at the Industry Dance Awards.

Their choreography has been praised by Hip Hop icons such as Misha Gabriel, Tony Bellisimo, and Lyle Beniga. They have trained with local Hip Hop teachers like Amani Jae, Anthony Cordova, and Dylan Nguyen. As artists they have received praise from Sienna Lalau, Scott Forsyth, Kenny Wormald, and Josh Cesan, among others.

They love instilling their passion for music and movement into the next generation of dancers, and inspiring them to become better individuals along the way.

We are excited to welcome the newest member of our Tap Company Team!

Get to know Breanna Pryor! 🌟🌟🌟

Breanna Pryor has been dancing since the age of 2. She has over 13 years of competitive dance experience. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she grew up training in all styles of dance while developing a special love for Tap. Since moving to Chandler, Arizona, she has spent the past 6 years assisting dance classes and the last 4 years teaching Tap, Hip Hop, Acro, and Combo classes.

Bre is passionate about helping dancers build confidence, develop strong technique, and express themselves through movement. She loves working with children and strives to create a positive environment where every dancer feels inspired to grow. Her mission is to share the passion she has found through dance and to help bring the excitement and appreciation of Tap dancing to the West Coast.

She will be working with our dancers this week during their intensive, and we are so excited to have her join our team!

We have just a few spots remaining for our Preschool and Pre-K classes for the 26-27 school year. Sign-up now while they last!

Preschool is held every Tuesday and Thursday, while Pre-K is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Julie Buckley is our Preschool teacher and Heather Morris brings the Performing Arts to our Preschool Program.
