SEPTEMBER: BE CURIOUS

You don't have to know exactly what you want to do after high school. You just have to be willing to explore!

This month, we're encouraging our Pumas to ask questions, explore possibilities, and discover something new, whether that's a college, career, CTE program, scholarship, or opportunity they haven't considered before.

Seniors Considering ASU? Bring Your Questions!

We’re hosting an ASU representative Wednesday, September 2 during conference in F219 for a General Q&A Session for Seniors.

Students can ask about housing, majors, academics, campus life, roommates, dining, activities, and anything else they’re wondering about.

And if your student is shy or uncomfortable speaking up in a group, that’s okay! Ask them to stop by the Career Center and we'll make sure we get answers from the ASU representative.

This is a great opportunity to get the inside scoop directly from ASU and feel a little more prepared for what comes next.

Our new Career Ready series will spotlight a different career-readiness topic each month while showcasing the incredible CTE opportunities available right here at Perry.

Our first issue, Career Readiness 101: Your Career Starts with the Skills You Build Today, focuses on the skills that can make a difference in any future career—and features Perry’s NEW Automotive Technologies program with Mr. Rempkowski!

Whether you're headed to college, technical training, an apprenticeship, the military, or directly into the workforce, the skills you build today matter.

The ACC College Fair is coming to Perry during 3rd Period next Tuesday, August 18th! We'll have more than 30 local and nearby colleges and universities on campus with admissions representatives ready to meet with our students.

Students - pick up your pass from the Career Center in F219 to be excused to the gym and explore colleges, ask questions, and start planning out your future!

We were honored to welcome Dr. Anna Battle, the new Superintendent of Chandler Unified School District, to Perry High School yesterday, Wednesday, August 12!

During her visit, Dr. Battle had the opportunity to experience what being a Puma is all about — connecting with our students, meeting our incredible staff, and seeing firsthand the pride, energy, and community that make Perry such a special place.

Thank you to our students and staff for giving Dr. Battle a warm Perry welcome and for showing her what makes our school so special.

Our school is included in the session that will be held on August 24 at Perry High School from 6-7 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.
