📚A Look Inside Mrs. Luna’s 2nd Grade Classroom! 🐯

Learning is hands-on and engaging in Mrs. Luna’s class! 💛

Our 2nd graders are actively practicing how to break words into syllables using whiteboards and markers while building their literacy skills. ✏️📝

They’re also exploring math strategies with manipulatives, giving students the opportunity to see, touch, and model their thinking as they solve problems. 🔢🧩

We love seeing our Tigers actively engaged in their learning and using different strategies to show what they know! 🐯💙💚

🗣️Spanish in Action in Mr. Francom’s Class! 🗣️

Our students are strengthening their Spanish listening and speaking skills through an engaging partner activity! 🎲✨

Students roll the dice to select the subject their partner will be questioned about. One student asks the question, and their partner responds with the typical response PLUS one additional response they create on their own! 💬👏

This activity is helping our Tigers build confidence, think on their feet, and expand their Spanish responses while practicing authentic communication with their classmates.

🐸🔬 Amphibian Adventures in 4th Grade! 🐸

Our 4th graders have been doing an amazing job with their Dual Language amphibian project! Students have been researching, writing, and creating informative infographics all about their chosen amphibians. 🌿📚

But they’re taking their learning one step further! 🎬 To tie everything together, students are creating their very own “documentary” videos to share what they’ve learned through their research.

We’re so excited to give you a little sneak peek at their amazing work! 🎥🐸
