Thank you to everyone that attended the Clinch Dirty Boxing workshop this weekend. We learned a ton, got some nice bruises, and had a blast doing it! Thank you to Dennis and Damian for making the trip and teaching us your awesome system! A big congrats goes out to all the new Level 1 instructors. Keep an eye out for a big announcement…it might invite CDB classes coming to Next Level. 😁

I have some exciting news for my Next Level Krav Maga students. My friend, Dennis Cregier, a Black Belt in both Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is coming to Next Level in September to teach his super-popular Clinch Dirty Boxing system.

Some of our students participated in a seminar with Dennis while attending the FETA event in May and LOVED it. They said they wanted more and we are delivering!

What is Clinch Dirty Boxing you ask?

Clinch Dirty Boxing teaches you how to close distance and control your opponent/attacher while protecting yourself. It combines techniques from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Krav Maga, BJJ, and Judo that combined with wrestling principles; help provide tools to keep you safe during a violent encounter.
