We had an amazing night last night for our Anuual Spooky Tales Event!
We had spooky stories, great Halloween costumes and a fulfilling potluck.

Our top three winners were: Art, Cami and Lien!

We have one open speaking slot for tomorrow's Spooky Tales speech contest. Would anyone like to tell a spooky story? 4-6 minutes, does not need to be original or memorized... feel free to do an interpretive reading, if you'd like. Respond ASAP! Get pathways credit! Participate online, if you can't be there in person.

Today, we pause to honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. We remember the bravery of the first responders, the resilience of survivors, and the strength of a nation that came together in the face of tragedy.
At Maverick Toastmasters, we are reminded of the power of words—to inspire, to heal, and to unite. May we continue to use our voices to uplift others and build stronger communities.
