In honor of our classmate Jude, our whole class wore red for National Wear Red Day to help spread awareness of childhood Congenital Heart Defects. Jude was born with Truncus Arteriosis and had his first heart surgery at just 4 DAYS old! Since then he’s had a heart catheter (6 months old) and another heart surgery at 5 years old. To know Jude is to love him! He is the absolute sweetest, most lovable little boy. If you want some sweet “Hey Jude” swag like my shirt, you can help support Jude by shopping his line at . What fun summer adventures have you had this summer??
Every year we travel to Pennsylvania to visit my family. We make sure to do all the experiences we can’t do in the desert. Here, we took a short hike through the . It has beautiful waterfalls and, obviously, 7 tubs that all flow and fall into the other. It’s such a peaceful, beautiful place. •

“My name is Julie Lesko and I am so excited to join the Little Farm Charm Family. Originally from Maryland I completed degrees in music performance and music therapy. My music therapy internship brought me to Arizona where I met my husband, Andy. After working as a music therapist, I completed a master's program with a dual certification in special and general education. I absolutely love teaching! I taught for several years as a special education teacher up until the birth of my first daughter. I am now a stay at home mom to two little girls (Charlotte, 5 and Josie, 3) and one puppy (Bowie, 9 months). I can't wait to get back into the world of teaching! I look forward to meeting everyone!”
