September is here, and we have lots of fun coming up at Leading Edge Preschool! ✨🍂

Take a look at our September events and mark your calendars! We can’t wait for all the fun, memories, and special moments we’ll be sharing with our students and their families!

📸 September 4 – Fall Picture Day
Pictures begin promptly at 8:00 AM! Please arrive by 8:00 AM so your little one doesn’t miss their class photo.

🇺🇸 September 7 – Labor Day | NO SCHOOL
We will be closed in observance of Labor Day and will return to our normal hours on Tuesday, September 8.

👵🏼👴🏼 September 14 – Grandparents Luncheon | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Grandparents and loved ones are invited to bring their little ones a special lunch, coloring activities, and sweet memories together!

🎬🚗 September 25 – Drive-In Movie Day
Our little moviegoers can come dressed in their favorite PJs and bring a laundry basket to create their very own “car”! Don’t forget a pillow, blanket, and stuffed animal for the coziest movie experience!

We’re so excited for another wonderful month of learning, laughter, and making memories together! 🧡

Mix, Explore & Discover! ✨🎨

Our Pre-K friends had so much fun becoming little scientists and artists as they explored the magic of color mixing!

We started with our primary colors and discovered what happens when we mix them together:
❤️ Red + 💛 Yellow = 🧡 Orange
❤️ Red + 💙 Blue = 💜 Purple
💛 Yellow + 💙 Blue = 💚 Green

The best part? The kids got to experiment, make predictions, mix their own colors, and see the transformations happen right before their eyes! 👀✨

This hands-on activity encouraged curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and early science skills while giving our little learners a chance to talk about all the amazing colors we can create together. 🎨

Learning is always more fun when we can get messy and explore! 💕

Fall Picture Day is THIS FRIDAY! 📸🍂

We are so excited to see all of the adorable fall outfits our little Leap Frogs will be wearing! We can’t wait to capture these sweet memories and those precious smiles. ✨

Pictures will begin promptly at 8:00 AM!
To help the morning run smoothly, please plan to arrive before 8:00 AM so your child has plenty of time to get settled into their classroom and transition smoothly to picture time.

~ Important: Class photos will be taken as part of picture day, so arriving on time is especially important to make sure your little one doesn’t miss out on their class picture!

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed in their cutest fall looks! 🍂🧡📸

🎤✨ Show & Tell Day! ✨🎤

Our preschoolers had so much fun sharing their special treasures with their friends! From favorite stuffed animals 🧸 and toy cars 🚗 to beloved books 📚 and so much more, every item had a story to tell!

Show & Tell is such a fun way for our little ones to practice speaking, listening, confidence, and celebrating what makes each of them special. 💚

We loved seeing all the smiles, stories, and excitement! 🥰
