Do you ever feel like there’s a part of you hiding in the shadows?
Maybe it’s a fear you can’t shake or a voice in your head that whispers,
“You’re not good enough.”
I get it.
We all have those moments.
For a long time, I thought those fears and insecurities
were just proof of my flaws,
things I needed to ignore or push through.
But then I started to wonder:
what if those feelings are trying to tell me something?
What if they’re pointing me toward the parts of myself that need healing and care?
It’s not easy to sit with those thoughts,
to look at the parts of yourself you usually keep buried.
But when I finally started to, something shifted.
I realized those fears weren’t the truth.
They were stories
stories built from past experiences,
from times when I was hurt or told I wasn’t good enough.
And here’s the thing about stories: they can change.
I’ve learned to look at my insecurities with curiosity instead of judgment.
To see them as a map, guiding me toward growth and self-acceptance.
It’s not about fixing yourself
it’s about meeting yourself where you are, with kindness.
If this resonates with you if you’ve felt stuck in the shadows
and you’re ready to explore what’s there
I’d love to connect.
Sometimes, the hardest part is just starting,
but you don’t have to do it alone.
