Now hiring! The 2,000 Day Learning Experience is a child care center dedicated to a positive, home away from home, family-like work atmosphere where teachers are supported and motivated to provide a quality early childhood education through a play based, hands on learning curriculum.

Applicants do not need a teaching degree, just an open mindset ready to learn themselves!

We are hiring for a full time 4-5-year-old Preschool Teacher position.

Hours are: Monday/Wednesday 7-5:30, Tuesday/Thursday 7-3:30.

Benefits include: 2 hours of scheduled lesson planning/office each week, 4 day work weeks, paid time off, and holiday pay.

THIS! This is one reason why daycare is so important!!! We do some form of sorting activities each and every day! Whether that’s sorting our animals by color or blocks by shape or our fruit loops at snack by color or our hot wheel cars by color or type or our balls by size or talking at the lunch table of who matches blue spoons and how many friends have purple plates. We are constantly repeating these math concepts.

This basic math concept is needed to build upon for more complex concepts. It is the foundation and early childhood education is that basis!

It’s been a while!

We’ve been busy- we’re always busy with this many little hands!

2 weeks ago our school agers had a fun spring break week. Creative Miss Jessica planned a whole beach theme. They had a super cool dramatic play corner, broke into small groups each morning for a fun challenge, had awesome crafts like sun catchers, and made their afternoon snack every day (pictured is sugar cookie sand dollars).

Lots and lots of fun- just a preview of what’s to come this summer 😁

Latergram. 😍 I took this pic last week. Natalie (on the left) had just got dropped off. Izzy, one of her best friends, was so excited to see her at daycare, greeted her immediately, and continued to stay next to her as she hung her coat up and took her shoes off! 👭
