Backyard Box AZ Backyard Box I am located in Gilbert, AZ near power/baseline ads (across from Rockin R Ranch). I teach Functional fitness classes for kids 3-12 years old.

I am Crossfit level 1 trainer, crossfit kids trainer. My main goal is to create a fun atmosphere for kids to learn that being active can be fun. The classes are held at my home. Each class is an hour and starts with a warm up, then we work on a skill, do a work out, play a game then end with a healthy snack.
