☀️🎹Welcome Back to Summer Piano!🍧

The Summer Session is officially underway at Kathy's Piano Studio, and I'm so excited to welcome my students back for a season filled with music, learning, and fun!

With a heatwave settling in this week, it seems like the perfect time to stay cool indoors and spend a little extra time at the piano. Summer is a wonderful season to explore new music, learn new skills, and discover just how much progress can happen one note at a time.

Whether you're learning your very first piece or tackling something more challenging, every practice session is a step forward. I can't wait to hear the music that fills our studio this summer!

And let's be honest...

Popsicles may need to happen.🍧😁

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and keep making music!

🌷🎹2026 Spring Recital🎹🌷
Featuring the students of Kathy's Piano
Studio

One week ago, my piano students shared something truly beautiful at the 2026
Spring Recital. 💛

I have spent this past week reflecting on how proud l am of each and every student who participated. Their performances represented months of preparation, persistence, courage, growth, and whole-hearted effort.

Some students overcame nervousness.
Some tackled challenging pieces.
Some discovered new confidence and musical expression.

And all of them grew.🌱🎶

Watching these students perform reminded me once again that music is about so much more than playing the right notes. It is about heart, resilience, creativity, discipline, and the willingness to keep trying even when something feels difficult.

I could not be more grateful for the joy of teaching these wonderful young musicians. Thank you, Piano Stars, for sharing your music so beautifully and for giving your best with your whole heart.💕

Your recital performances will stay in my heart for a very long time.

❄️✨Brrrrr! It's icy cold and the skies are gray this week... but inside our piano spaces, we get to make our own warmth!✨❄️

Let's put a little extra cheer to work at our pianos and fill these chilly afternoons with the sound of Christmas carols and our favorite
winter pieces.
🩷🎶Your fingers can bring the music that lights up even the grayest days!

I'm so proud of each of you - the heart you bring to your practicing truly warms the whole season.
Keep playing, keep shining, and keep filling your homes with joy!☕️🎄🩷

❄️Cold, foggy, rainy days can't keep our
joy down!❄️🌧️

Inside Kathy's Piano Studio, we're wrapped up in warm sweaters, comfy jeans, and all the cozy vibes. Even our sweet studio puppy has a wooly scarf today!🐾💙

My student and I are smiling big at the piano
- because Christmas carols are warming our hearts this week. There's nothing like making beautiful music together while the weather taps softly on the windows outside.✨🎹

To all my piano stars:
Stay warm, stay cozy, and keep sharing your heart through every note you play.
This season is full of magic... and you are part of it.🩷🎄

🎹❄️Brrrrr!!! It's really cooled down this
week!❄️🎹
Indoor life is calling us to enjoy warm, cozy times... and what could be sweeter than a little Christmas Piano serenade for all the stuffies, puppers, & kitty-bitties at home?

Bundle up, settle in, and let your heart make something beautiful.
Maybe follow it with a cup of cocoa & a good story afterward - pure December magic.✨

I'm SO proud of all my Piano Stars.
You have so much joy and music to share... and the world needs exactly your sound.
