I had the pleasure to accompany Adam in his preparation for IRONMAN Lake Placid. Navigating a busy work and family schedule with lots of travel while getting ready for one of the more challenging IRONMAN courses was a challenge for the athlete and the coach. Well done Adam, congrats on another IRONMAN finish under your belt!

I had the pleasure of accompanying Randy on the last section of accomplishing his goal to become an IRONMAN. Yesterday, Randy successfully crossed the finish line at IRONMAN Cairns. Congrats Randy, YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!

There are often doubts when preparing for a race. Did I do enough? Did I do too much? Did I shut down too late? Even though Garmin can only interpret numbers, it’s always good to see when technology agrees with the plan! T-2 for IRONMAN 70.3 Arizona
