Virtual sound bath this morning for my peeps! Great way to start the long weekend and end wellness week.

Being a corporate employee with hours of desk sitting really took a toll on my back. Having a consistent yoga practice was a key factor in making a huge difference in how I felt inside and out specifically in my back.

Had a lovely time introducing a sound bath to some new people and some repeat students at Freestone Rec Center. Always fun when some want to stay around for some pictures ❤️. Love hearing what everyone has to say after class, from which instrument was their favorite to how they were able to relax and sometimes even cry!

Was blessed to be a student for a change at this beautiful soul’s sound bath at a corporate retreat last week with . Thank you with for an amazing experience!
