Last but never least Matt Copple rounded our top! Not only did he have a solid muscle increase, he went on to win FIRST PLACE during our March Madness challenge after covering the distance of between 17-18 football fields between the ski erg and the rower.

Emily Cady took SECOND!!! Showing up for yourself can be hard when you consider the world around you, Emily showed up and showed out!!

Major shout out to our Challenge winner HEIDI JOHNSON!!! Heidi locked in for 6 weeks and demolished 9.5% of her body fat!!! A total recomposition of 8.82%!!!
