We’re so excited to introduce our newest class at Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool — Ladybugs!

Designed for children 12–23 months old and their grown-ups, Ladybugs is a playful introduction to the cooperative preschool experience. Come explore, play, connect, and get to know the GHCP community together. ❤️

👶 Ages 12–23 months (as of Sept. 1)
📅 Tuesdays
⏰ 5:00–6:00 PM
💛 Parent/caregiver participates
💲 $70/month

We’re excited to introduce Ms. Courtney as the new teacher for our Bumblebee and Caterpillar classes!

Many of our families already know Courtney from her years as a GHCP co-op parent. During that time, she experienced firsthand the special community, friendships, and learning that make Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool so unique. Now, we’re thrilled to welcome her back in a new role as a teacher!

Courtney brings a genuine love for children, a strong understanding of our cooperative philosophy, and an enthusiasm for creating a warm, engaging classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn.

✨ Which class is the perfect fit for your little learner? ✨

At Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool, every class is thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are and help them grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy. 💛

🐝 Bumblebee Class (2–3 years)
A gentle, nurturing introduction to preschool. Little learners build confidence, independence, and friendships while parents have the unique opportunity to volunteer in the classroom and be part of their child’s first school experience.

🐛 Caterpillar Class (3–4 years)
Children strengthen routines, develop social skills through collaborative play, and let their imaginations soar with hands-on learning and creative exploration.

🦋 Butterfly Pre-K (4–6 years)
Our Pre-K program focuses on kindergarten readiness through play-based learning, problem-solving, creativity, and building the confidence children need for a successful transition to elementary school.

🌿 At GHCP, learning doesn’t just happen inside the classroom. Our learners spend time outdoors every day exploring, creating, discovering, and making lifelong memories.

At Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, creativity, muddy boots, and meaningful play.

Our play-based program helps children build confidence, independence, friendships, and a lifelong love of learning—all while spending plenty of time exploring outdoors.

Our Classes:

🐝 Bumblebees (Ages 2–3) – Tuesday & Thursday 9am-11am

🐛 Caterpillars (Ages 3–4) – Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-11:30am

🦋 Butterflies Pre-K (Ages 4–6) – Monday–Thursday 12pm-3pm
