🏕️🌎 The world feels a little closer at Camp Seymour.

From Mexico, Denmark, Egypt, Ireland, Kosovo, and beyond, our international staff bring unique experiences, traditions, and perspectives that enrich camp life for everyone. This summer, staff from 10 countries are helping campers discover new cultures, make meaningful connections, and realize that friendship can stretch across languages and borders.

Whether it’s sharing stories around a campfire, teaching a song from home, or bonding over a soccer game, these moments help create the magic of camp.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Day of Service. With your help, we sorted and organized hundreds of craft supplies, replenished our firewood supply, and prepared the garden for spring planting. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

When Executive Director Scotty Jackson challenged the staff to 100% giving for the Annual Campaign, he didn’t just talk the talk. He took the plunge, literally! ❄️💦

The 2026 Annual Campaign is officially underway, and we’re jumping in feet-first to reach our goal of $125,000 in camp scholarships, because at the Y, we believe every kid deserves a camp experience.

On February 24, more than 300 campers, families, and staff gather for the annual Values Awards Ceremony, celebrating youth who live the Y’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

This month, we welcomed students and groups from across our community, including:
