GIBSONBURG GOLDEN BEARS WRESTLING CREED
I am a member of the Gibsonburg wrestling team and accept the responsibilities that go along with having that privilege to be a member of this special group and those who were before me and will come after. My actions will speak so loudly that no one will need to hear what I am saying. I believe in my coaches and the system in place to assist me in reaching my full potential. I have a fanatical approach to self-improvement and am always willing to learn. I will be an example for others. I understand the concept of 10,000 hours of work required to be a master of my trade. I believe in the exponential power of simple things done right over time. I will accept 100 percent of the responsibility of my actions. I will have fun and embrace the friendship of my peers. I will do the things that are easy to do and easy not to do. I am the "landlord" of my mind and I will control my thoughts as they will impact my actions and my life. I choose the pain of discipline over the pains of regret. I am a GIBSONBURG High School Student-Wrestler.

Attention all middle school and highschool boys and girls wrestlers. We will again be doing trash pickup at the Hispanic heritage festival on Saturday September 26th, and helping with cleanup on Sunday September 27th. Everyone planning on wrestling this year are expected to help. I will be posting a schedule of the times for you to help. If you can't make it or make you time slot please get with coach Hugo.

Our first golf outing in the books.
I'd like to thank everyone that volunteered to make it a success.
Like to give some special thanks to Jaime and Nichole mancha for making the excellent dinners.
Next I'd like to thank Jaime and Rose Mancha for donating the sides.
I would also like to thanks Gail's party shop for donating a gift bag.
I'd also like to thank the Sandusky county parks for donating a gift bag also.
Thank you to Sugar Creek golf course for letting us host our event at your golf course.
Finally I would like to thank all our golfers who came out and made our event a success.
I hope to see everyone next year!!!

Only a couple of days before the outing so get your team together and help support our wrestling teams. If you can't make to golf, we will be sell chicken leg quarter dinners, with cheesey potatoes and Mexican rice with a dinner roll, $15 a dinner. Dinners should be ready to be picked up at 4:00 Saturday.

We have a couple of announcements. First weightlifting and open mat's for tonight are cancelled.

Second this is for parents of middle school and highschool boys and girls wrestlers. We will be having a meeting on Wednesday July 22nd at 6:00 in the athletic building. If you can't make it please get with coach Patterson or Villarreal. Thank you.
