We had a great turnout for our Senior Dads Night at practice last night. The seniors chose their favorite position specific drills, both offensively and defensively, and coached their own dads through the drill. There were a lot of smiles, laughs and no injuries. All dads were great sports and showed some pretty good skills. Us old guys still have some athleticism left in us.
My deepest apologies, in the all the excitement and enjoyment of seeing the fun interaction between dads and sons, we did not get any pictures of this event.
Thank you senior dads for your participation. It means a lot to your sons and us coaches to have you join us last night. You have some amazing young men and we appreciate you sharing them with our Falcon Football Family.

Pool Party, 2026 style! The rain left and clouds parted to provide us with sun. We witness some serious belly-flops, a strong diving competition, water wrestling and, what would a party be without some food. Thank you Gibson City Pool for hosting. Next year will be in a brand new facility.

Let us introduce you to the Goalline Gladiators. The inaugural winners of the Unit Group summer competition. Points were earned for community service attendance, weight room attendance, practice attendance, and fun competition (water balloon games, tire flip, relays, Chubby Bunny, Ultimate Frisbee). Groups were picked by coaches. Thank you to the Patels and Gibson City DQ for the hospitality and continued support of Falcon Athletics. .

One of our traditions is the annual Buffalo Wild Wings team dinner. No coaches, just players. Team bonding. The Falcons invaded BDubs last night and when it came time for the bill… their dinner was paid for by a fellow patron who was impressed with how our student-athletes conducted themselves and the respect they showed the wait staff and other patrons. The waitress said the bill was over $700. We take pride in our young men but every now and again, they still surprise us. Well done, Falcons!

Last competition between our intarsquad summer groups today...Chubby Bunny style. Studz take the win, Tucker and Dylan each fitting 10. Shredderz take 2nd thanks to Carson. It was a good showing by all participants.
