Our Marauder Throw Down Tournament concluded last night at 8:00 pm. Congrats to Mason and Jace finishing in first place!! These top 3 teams kept trading blows the past week. It was fun to watch these boys submitting so many quality bass!! Congrats to everyone for participating.
Jace Seipelt also won the overall big bass with a 19.5 inch Smallmouth Bass!!
We started this tournament 10 years ago and winning this one is such a great mark to leave. With their determination to the very end-Jace and Mason will get their names on the trophy!!

Congrats guys and thanks again to everyone who participated.

We are one week into our Marauder Throwdown Tournament. Mason Bailey & Jace Seipelt are the current leaders with 5 quality bass submitted. Less than 2 inches behind in second place right now is Avery Seipelt & R***r Carter and currently sitting in third place is Jax Fowler & Brandon Goetsch.

There is a whole week to go still in our tournament. For those of you who are feeling a little behind, there is plenty of fishing left! For any members of the team that are still wanting to join the tournament, please be sure to sign and submit the rules form and email Mr. Mentzer to request your angler tag number.

Our Battle for the Beartrap Tournament wrapped up last night at 9:00 pm. On the last day, Gavin Calder & Owen Lancaster caught a couple of very nice Smallmouth Bass to add to their total that pushed them into the lead. Throughout the tournament, they remained focused and are always working to submit quality bass! Congrats to Owen & Gavin on a well deserved victory!

Jax Fowler & Brandon Goetsch finished in an impressive 2nd place! They were trading off in the top spots throughout the tournament. R***r Carter & Avery Seipelt also had a great finish working their way up to 3rd place with an equally impressive final total.

Throughout the 11 day tournament, 43 anglers submitted 155 total bass. In our 10th year for this tournament, that's a new record. Gavin & Owen will get their names on the coveted Beartrap trophy. Thanks to all of the anglers!! You all should be proud to have participated and submitted fish-our goal is to keep the competition fun & respectful and most importantly, enjoy some summertime bass fishing!!!

Today is the last day for the Battle for the Beartrap Tournament! The scoreboard is very close...an inch upgrade on any fish could be the difference.

1 week into our Battle for the Beartrap and all anglers this year have really exceeded the level of competition. With 104 bass submitted to this point, the standings are very tight in the top ten. The scores are based on the 5 best bass between each pair of anglers.

Our Battle for the Bear Trap Tournament started on Monday. Anglers are off to a great start-45 bass caught and submitted with a long way to go!
