LBAC is closed due to illness. We felt like it was in the best interest of our students, families and staff to close today and tomorrow. We had a variety of illnesses circulating and didn’t want our staff to feel they needed to push through and work sick or work with family sick at home to maintain our ratios prolonging the circulation of those illnesses in the long term. We share a lot of students, families and staff with GPS and their overall health affects us as ours does them. We try our best to provide a continuity of care that the community can rely on and thank our families for their trust in us. Our families and the community have been incredibly supportive and understanding of this decision and we wouldn’t have survived this pandemic this long as a fairly new business without them. We’re very lucky.

This is our first closure since the pandemic began and it was a difficult decision to make, but we do feel it is the best decision for the long term health and wellness of our families and staff.

We expect to be back open and healthier Monday with staff and students rested and refreshed.
