Mud Creek Environmental Learning Center Mud Creek ELC is operated by Columbia County Soil & Water Conservation District.

We offer hands-on, inquiry-based environmental education programs at the center and provide outreach programs to schools & community organizations.

They came in a close second overall at the NYS Envirothon held at SUNY Cortland last week.

To add to their accomplishment, they were the top scorers in the Soils and Forestry categories!
