Here is some things we worked on tonight. I am still accepting new students age 14 on up. Come on out to work out.

The kicks are improving. If you ever thought about learning karate, its not too late to start. Come over to the gettysburg rec park on tues evening from 630 to 730. Always accepting students.

Having a good time with my senior tkd class. We are looking for more students who want to work at an easier pace, to develop better balance, muscle tone and flexibility along with self defense. Come out to the Charlie Sterner bldg in Gettysburg on tues eve 630 to 730.

Sammi did her test for purple belt. Great test. She also did 3 inch break with a side kick, 1 with elbow and a front kick, side kick combo.
