An evening reminder for those of you who missed my morning history story. π Today's "this day in history" story was about the Battle of Kettle Creek, a lesser-known Revolutionary War conflict that has been called βthe severest check & chastisment the tories ever received in South Carolina or Georgia.β
To see the full story . . . . . Click on my name in this post to get to my page, then scroll down to the second story.
The painting is of South Carolina Colonel Andrew Pickens.
Happy Tuesday!
