Hannah, thank you for opening your heart and sharing your time and your story with our COIPP families. There is something so powerful about giving children the opportunity to see themselves, their experiences, and the beauty of connection represented through books. 💕

We are especially excited for our children to experience Blueberry Ice Cream together and create a sweet memory they can carry with them long after the last page is turned. 🥰

I recently asked a Licensed Counselor Associate who bought our resource for a summer program:

“How was your reading of Blueberry Ice Cream?”

“Girl! We loved it!! After each page I would talk about how each character might have felt and asked my students if they had ever felt the same or had similar experiences. I found a recipe for blueberry ice cream and the kids got to make it in ziplock bags. They loved it! My boss even came in and read through the book while we were making the ice cream and she absolutely loved it!”
