Mindworks Memphis is a collaborative educational experience founded in 2016 by Nick Ray. Nick has more than 10 years of education experience, including teaching internationally. After receiving his Master of Art in Teaching, he began his career at Lausanne Collegiate School. He then served as the Education Coordinator for an organization in Zambia, Africa. Throughout Nick’s educational experiences

he has developed a deeper compassion for struggling learners. This led him to earn his certification from the NILD to become an Educational Therapist. Nick has experienced success in working with students across all grade levels, elementary to high school. He understands that every student is unique, and he specializes in designing individualized programs tailored to fit the needs of his students.
