Learning will not stop for our GES students. Library will be virtual!!!! Using the Zoom Platform, students can enjoy a quick booktalk and get their questions about AR, Tumblebooks and the book we are writing, "My Weird GES" answered all in one place.

Teachers, please encourage our students to do the following:

Read and take AR tests!!! The students can access ebooks from our Tumblebook Library. These ebooks are also AR books. The students will be able to take AR test from home from 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. The students can go to https://cardinal-library.weebly.com/ to access the AR Website and Tumblebooks. Look under Resources. (If First Grade Teachers would like access to AR for their students, please send me a class list.) The students will be able to gain AR points to use in the AR store for some awesome goodies!!!!!!!!!
Students should also complete their portion for the "My Weird GES" book. (Grades 2-5, and Roberts) The students are working on publishing their first book series. (Please DO NOT ask the students the title of the book, what the book is about, or anything. Don't be nosey. If they have questions, please tell them to contact me.)

Our hearts are broken with the unexpected passing of our friend Alicia Hester Thompson .Who served on pta and was a constant volunteer at GES. She also created this fb page to help future board members communicate with our parents. R.I.H to a great mother,wife and friend,you will be greatly missed.Our deepest condolences to her family.

Save the date... Friday, September 27@9:30-2pm. Will be our Cardinal Fun Run. Remember, all pledges are due on Friday, October 4th.
