Madonna Learning Center MLC is a non-profit, faith-based school and vocational training center where children & adults with special needs can reach their full potential.

Madonna Learning Center, initially called "Madonna Day School", was founded in 1969 by three Benedictine Sisters from Ferdinand, Indiana. The Sisters envisioned a faith-based environment where the cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical developmental needs of children with disabilities could be realized. Madonna students range from 5 to 30 years of age.

HS2 and LCE visited Ole Miss last week through the university’s READY Program and had so much fun! The READY Program provides opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to experience college life.

We explored campus, had lunch in the dining hall, toured the women’s basketball facility and even got to help prepare some of the equipment and uniforms!

Thank you, The University of Mississippi READY Student Network Rebels, for welcoming us and showing us such a fun day!

Faith in the storm and forgiveness when things go wrong were part of today’s Bible study and chapel.

Our high schoolers explored Jesus calming the storm in Luke 8:22–25 and what it teaches us about trusting Jesus. Thank you to our friend from Harvest for coming to lead Bible study today!

Our younger groups are focusing on forgiveness this month. Today, Group 3 led chapel with Romans 3:23 and a stoplight visual. They used everyday examples to practice “Stop, Think, Do” when things go wrong. Thank you, Group 3!
