Meet Allison Innis! As a speech-language pathologist at Valley View Elementary, Allison brings 6 years of experience to our team—and we’re so lucky to have her in her 4th year serving our Valley View family.

Please help us welcome Gail Wright, the new Director of Student Services. Gail is joining Valley View after working at Dayton Public Schools as the Director of the Office for Exceptional Children. While at DPS, she was previously the Director of Related Services and an Academic Coordinator. She is working on a doctorate in educational leadership at Miami University and her Master's Degree in special education at the University of Dayton. She previously taught in Dayton Public Schools and at Springboro Community City Schools.

Gail was born in Pittsburgh and relocated to the Dayton area in 1999. She and her husband, Jim, have 3 children and 3 granddaughters.

Our Middle School families will see a new face in the main office this year. Erin Develbiss is the new building secretary! Erin was previously a building sub in the Elementary, and she's looking forward to seeing all the "littles" as teenagers!
